Pricing questions
What counts as an agent?
An agent is a member of your team with a login who works tickets: owner, admin, support manager or agent roles. Your clients and their users are never counted and are unlimited.
When am I charged?
You enter a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged for 14 days. When the trial ends your subscription starts at $15 per agent per month, billed monthly. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I add or remove agents later?
Yes. Change the number of seats at any time from Settings, Billing. Charges are prorated by Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing or larger teams?
Not yet. If you have more than 15 agents, contact us and we will talk.
Which currencies and payment methods do you take?
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card through Stripe, which handles the conversion for you.
